شروط الاستبدال:
- يُسمح بطلب الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية: غير مستخدم، غير تالف، وفي عبوته الأصلية.
- يُقبل طلب الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية:
- المنتج تالف أو معيب عند الاستلام.
- تم إرسال منتج غير مطابق للطلب.
- الاستبدال يكون بقدر قيمة المشتريات (لا يتم استرجاع الكاش)
الحالات غير المؤهلة للاستبدال:
- المنتج المفتوح أو المستخدم.
- التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام.
- المنتجات المخفضة أو المصممة حسب الطلب.
- المواد الغذائية مثل القهوة والمشروبات لا يمكن استبدالها.

- تزويدنا برقم الطلب وصور توضح المشكلة.
- تتم مراجعة الطلب خلال 2–5 أيام عمل.
- في حال الموافقة، يتم إرسال المنتج البديل حسب التوفر.
تكاليف الشحن:
- نتحمل تكلفة الشحن فقط في حال وجود خلل في المنتج أو خطأ من طرفنا.
- في جميع الحالات الأخرى، يتحمّل العميل تكلفة الشحن.

مدة الضمان:
- سنة واحدة من تاريخ الشراء، ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك في وصف المنتج.
يغطي الضمان:
- أعطال ناتجة عن عيوب مصنعية أو تشغيل طبيعي للمنتج.
لا يغطي الضمان:
- سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال أو الكسر.
- التلف الناتج عن التعرض للسوائل أو توصيل كهربائي غير سليم.
- الصيانة أو التعديلات من جهات غير معتمدة.
- القطع الاستهلاكية (مثل: شفرات الطحن، الفلاتر، الحشوات).
